This 100% cotton fouta towel is ethically and environmentally friendly. Lightweight, soft, and absorbent, it takes up little space and fits easily into a bag. Versatile, it can be used as a beach towel, sarong, or lightweight blanket. It absorbs as well as a terry towel, but dries much faster.

Know-how
This towel is made with respect for tradition and the environment by a community of women in northern Laos. The cotton is grown by family, spun and dyed by hand using local plants, then woven on wooden looms. Each step is carried out in the village, allowing the artisans to earn a decent living from their expertise while preserving an ancestral technique.
